Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Tapit Studio mobile apps, games, websites, premium content, subscriptions, and related services. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

1. Our services

Tapit Studio creates mobile party games and digital content. We may add, remove, update, pause, or discontinue apps, packs, features, screens, offers, and technical systems at any time.

2. Premium subscriptions

Some apps may offer premium subscriptions or other paid digital access. A premium subscription may unlock premium game packs, premium features, or other paid content shown inside the relevant app.

Subscription options, prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included benefits are displayed in the app and in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

3. Pricing and promotions

Prices may vary by country, store, currency, tax treatment, billing period, and promotional offer. We may change prices or run limited-time promotions. Promotional prices do not create a right to retroactive discounts, price protection, or refunds for previous purchases.

4. Trial subscriptions

If a free trial is offered, the subscription automatically renews as a paid subscription unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial may be forfeited if you purchase or activate a subscription during that trial.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app store account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal.

6. Manage or cancel your subscription

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current trial or subscription period to avoid the next charge.

After cancellation, access to paid benefits usually continues until the end of the already paid period. The current active subscription period cannot normally be cancelled immediately through Tapit Studio.

7. Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store's refund rules.

8. Age suitability

Our games are entertainment products and may have different age ratings depending on their content. You are responsible for using only apps, packs, and content appropriate for your age and local rules.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse our services, interfere with security, attempt to reverse engineer protected systems, bypass purchase checks, automate abuse, upload unlawful content, infringe rights, harass others, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law.

10. User content and local gameplay data

If an app lets you enter names, messages, answers, feedback, or other content, you are responsible for what you provide. You grant Tapit Studio the limited rights needed to operate, display, process, store, or transmit that content as part of the service.

Some gameplay information may remain on your device only. Uninstalling an app can remove local app data that is not tied to an account or server-side feature.

11. Intellectual property

Tapit Studio and its licensors own the apps, software, game design, text, visuals, logos, content structure, and other protected materials in the services. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial use as allowed by these terms.

12. Availability and disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every issue will be corrected immediately.

The services are for entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or relationship advice. Use your own judgment and respect the people around you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapit Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits, personal disputes, device issues, store decisions, or third-party service failures related to your use of the services.

14. Suspension or termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the services if we believe these terms have been violated, there is fraud or abuse, a legal risk exists, or operation of the service requires it.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be published on our website or made available through our apps. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
